REGISTRATION
The Registration Form is for those families who want to reserve a seat for their student athlete during the months of April through July. Space is limited, so act now as registration will be first come first serve.
The Intent to Return Form allows existing families to place a hold on their student's seat for the upcoming term.

The Enrollment Packet finalized your student's enrollment and acceptance into the Classroom on or before August 1st.
CLASSROOM FORMS
The Emergency Form is required for any student attending the Classroom in person.
Designed to establish clear expectations for student behavior.
Outlines responsible internet and technology use for students participating in virtual or remote learning.
Permission to photograph, video record, and/or audio record your child during
classroom/organizational activities.
