Option 1: The Classroom
A flexible school option that offers your professional student-athlete a classroom space, allowing them to concentrate on their online schooling program. A designated Learning Coach will be available to help guide and motivate them while monitoring their daily progress.

Time Commitments
- School lessons average 25 hours per week

Requirements

A Typical Day
Your student will arrive and set up their computer. After checking
school communications, they begin assigned lesson work, asking
questions throughout class time. We include movement breaks between lesson work as the students work at their own pace. ​​​​

Can you be a Classroom family?
Expectations for students, parents, and Learning Coach is implemented
to provide a successful classroom for everyone.

Student Expectations
-To be self-driven and read daily, take notes, limit distractions, and complete assessments on own
-Be kind, respectful, and helpful to classmates and Learning Coach
-Work outside of classroom time to complete lessons and stay on track
-Have a fully charged laptop or device, and be prepared for your studies
-No pictures or recordings allowed at any point during class time

Parent Expectations
-Encourage lesson completion outside of the classroom
-Notify Learning Coach of tardies/absences quickly
-Be aware of your student's grades and how to help them succeed at home
-Communicate with Learning Coach on major home changes or behavioral concerns

Learning Coach Expectations
-Communication with parents and students on progress and school events
-Provide management tools and resources to help students succeed
-Approve lesson completion and record daily attendance
-Have a willing attitude to offer the most effective help to suit the needs of the student
-Complete all services offered to the best of their ability
Option 2: Remote Care
Your HIGH SCHOOL student will accomplish their public or private virtual education program from home or training facility under the remote supervision and guidance of a Learning Coach. Services are provided Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm through virtual means. Enrollment is limited to maintain a 1:10 ratio of Learning Coach to Remote Student.

Benefits of Remote Services
â–º Opening lines of communication with parents and teachers concerning student's participation and providing guided assistance with school lesson work or directions.
â–º A virtual supervisor will observe student's performance on assignments and assessments by monitoring grades and notifying parents/students of modifications/corrections as needed.
â–º Recording daily attendance and approving completed lessons if applicable to your school.
â–º Encouraging students to participate in phone, email, and web conferencing as required and offering reminders for parents on essential tasks.
â–º Providing guidance with time management on lesson work schedules that need to occur around travel dates, and offering catch-up plans for returning to “on track” status as life deters student’s pace.
► Offering real-time study skills training, maintaining communication between the school, parent, and student, providing micro-tutoring as needed, and more.​​​​
